## Overview
This atlas audits the institutional shadow of 10 major AI model labs.
Shadow is defined as a capability, consequence, dependency, incentive, contradiction, or authority relation made less visible by the institution's preferred public narrative.
Under the Causality Lock, we never claim 'the owner's shadow is inside the model.' We state only that observable model behavior is consistent with documented policies, training interventions, product incentives, or corporate access architectures.
