Why these nine rooms
Most websites publish information. This one keeps an institution.
One system, seven organs: arifOS (kernel), A-FORGE (execution), AAA (coordination), GEOX (ground), WELL (health), WEALTH (capital), arifFlow (metabolism). Two boundary services: HERMES carries meaning across the boundary; CHRON carries time.
GEOX reads the ground. WELL shows whether the person, the machine, and the rules are ready. WEALTH counts the capital.
The ledger writes down what happened, gaps recorded not erased. arifFlow watches the metabolism for drift. Evidence lives at /999/.

Six other names teach a second job, so they are not the teacher. Anthropic writes about safety and also builds the model. GitHub’s about page is a place to write code and ship it, not only a roll of names. Zapier’s own title is automation of workflows, apps, and agents. The Mozilla page that was named is a blog. Morningstar and the OECD principles page did not open for this check. A rater, and a book of governance rules, are the wrong teachers for a room that only counts or only measures.
