This vault requires the ROOTKEY held personally by Arif Fazil. It is not accessible via the web. Access is personal, non-transferable, and governed by the human sovereignty protocol in the arifOS constitutional kernel.

VAULT999 is not standalone infrastructure. It is the sealed evidence layer that satisfies F1 Amanah — the foundational constitutional floor requiring all consequential claims in the arifOS system to be backed by auditable, real evidence. The orthogonal trinity of arifOS (governance), GEOX (Earth grounding), and VAULT999 (evidence provenance) means no claim propagates through the system without a traceable chain back to something real. This vault is where that chain anchors.
