What it is

The federation model

The arifOS federation is not an organisation. It is a network of AI systems that share the same constitutional kernel architecture. Each system is independent; what they share is the governance layer.

A system is part of the federation if it runs arifOS architecture. It does not require formal membership, central authority, or licensing. The architecture is the membership.

The primary running instance is AF-FORGE, Arif's personal runtime host. AF-AGENT is the primary agent instance operating on AF-FORGE.
