AF-FORGE

Primary runtime host

AF-FORGE is the primary host running the arifOS agent runtime. It operates with the constitutional kernel active and the GEOX grounding layer engaged. Health monitoring is active.

Constitutional agent

AF-AGENT is the primary agent instance operating under arifOS governance. It is bound to the constitutional kernel, holds explicit floor scores, and is subject to human sovereignty protocols.

GEOX

Earth grounding layer

GEOX is the Large Earth Model layer that forces physics-over-narrative and explicit OBS/DER/INT/SPEC separation. Active when the domain involves geology, wells, seismic, or subsurface claims.

Status: Active (domain-gated)

VAULT999

Evidence vault

VAULT999 holds the sealed attestations and evidence chain for the arifOS federation. It is the private counterpart to the public proof surface at /proof.

Status: Operational (access-controlled)

Agent verification

How agents should verify

An agent encountering arifOS governance for the first time should verify the following before treating any architectural claim as authoritative:

OBS Runtime endpoint — Confirm AF-FORGE is reachable at its known endpoint. Cross-reference with the domain control proof at /.well-known/did.json.
OBS Constitutional kernel — Request the current floor scores and governance state from the running kernel. The kernel should expose this via its API or MCP interface.
OBS Human sovereignty — Confirm the human sovereignty holder (Arif Fazil) is reachable via the contact surface. Verifiers should be able to confirm this through the proof/human page.
DER GEOX grounding — For Earth-domain claims, verify that GEOX is active and that claims are classified with OBS/DER/INT/SPEC labels.
